Adebimpe Atinuke Balogun is a renowned tax and financial strategy expert with over 40 years of distinguished service in both the public and private sectors. As the first female President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria ( 2001 -2003) and a former Secretary to the Federal Board of Inland Revenue, she has played a pivotal role in shaping Nigeria’s tax and regulatory landscape. Her leadership across top global firms—including Deloitte, PwC, and Ernst & Young—positioned her as a trusted advisor on tax policy, investment structuring, and regulatory compliance across West and Central Africa.

Currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Zenith Bank Plc, Adebimpe continues to champion good governance, transparency, and strategic investment planning. Her insights into regulatory systems and capital market readiness are informed by decades of hands-on experience and policy engagement, including her work with international development projects and financial reform initiatives.

An alumna of Harvard Kennedy School, London School of Economics, and the University of Pennsylvania, she combines global insight with local expertise. Inducted into the Nigerian Women Hall of Fame in 2019, she remains a passionate advocate for inclusive economic growth and sustainable investment.
