My background is in Technology and Law Enforcement. I spent nearly 20 years as an Intelligence Officer at Scotland Yard in a variety of roles around fraud, cybercrime, financial investigations, counter-terrorism, and others. I am currently the Chief Information and Security Officer at Protexxa one of Canada’s fastest growing cybersecurity companies.

My team includes the former CISO of the CIA and former lead forensics trainer for the RCMP. Our business provides a variety of consulting, training, and services to businesses, governments, and high-net-worth individuals globally. I will be on a panel next week at the Economic Development Alberta Conference in Kananaskis talking about AI and its societal impacts and I completed a talk last week with ATB bank here in Alberta focused on the threats of AI to their business network.
